PROJECT DESCRIPTION
EA will be running its FY27 call for proposal exercise in Nov ’26 to appoint inclusive training providers and award grants to fund training courses. We expect high level of interest and plan to deploy appropriate tech tools and solutions to improve efficiency of the exercise and reduce the manual load imposed on EA staff who are involved in the evaluations.
In Aug ’26, we will also be holding the bi-annual one-day learning festival targeted at PwDs and caregivers at the Enabling Village. Large turn out is
expected and the use of appropriate tech solutions and tools will help improve the efficiency of organising and conducting the event.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
1) Data management and automation tools development
Assist in developing appropriate digital solutions to facilitate efficient conduct of FY27 Call for Proposals to appoint inclusive training providers and fund training courses for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
This includes RPA solution that could automate the collation, review and shortlisting proposals that meet first stage criteria. This will improve the efficiency of evaluating proposals received. Other areas could include the development of appropriate database and dashboard to track proposals, their status and outcome of evaluation.
2) Event support
Provide event management support to prepare and conduct the EA Learning Festival (EALF) on 24 Aug ’26. This includes creating appropriate digital tools to improve the processes (e.g. RSVP / registrations).
REQUIREMENTS
Possess ICT and digital solutions development skills and familiar with applications relevant for developing them.
Those with business study background with ICT skills will be suitable.
