What You’ll Be Doing

1) Content & Social Media Execution

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Thread, Lemon8, YouTube, Telegram and other platforms

• Assist with content planning and coordination (brainstorming, shoot prep, post-shoot editing)

• Support basic community management (monitoring comments, flagging enquiries)

2) Influencer & Campaign Support

• Assist with influencer outreach coordination and tracking

• Support campaign rollouts (promo codes, tracking links, basic coordination)

3) On-Ground Activation & Merchant Support

• Assist during roadshows, merchant visits, and community events

• Support logistics coordination for marketing materials and event setup

• Help document activations (behind-the-scenes content capture where needed)

• Maintain organised folders for assets and campaign materials

• Update tracking sheets for budgets, influencer deliverables, and performance

• Assist with simple coordination tasks across marketing and operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on multiple tasks and deliverables at once

• Comfortable with basic content tools (e.g., Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects equivalent, Canva, Google Drive)

• Bonus: Interest in local culture, hawkers, or community storytelling
