The Learning Experience
This isn't a "make coffee and sit in the corner" internship. You'll be placed at the heart of a growing education centre, working directly with parents, students, and a senior mentor who will guide you through every part of the role. By the time you leave, you won't just have something to put on your resume. You'll have real, practised skills that most fresh graduates don't get until years into their career.
Here's exactly what you'll develop:
Customer Journey Mastery
You'll see and own every touchpoint a family experiences, from the moment they walk in to the moment they commit. You'll understand what makes a customer stay, convert, and come back.
Sales & Persuasion Skills
You'll learn how to have natural, confidence-building conversations that move parents from curious to committed without being pushy. A skill that transfers to every industry and every career stage.
Operations & SOP Management
You'll work within a structured, process-driven environment and learn how great operations actually run from opening to closing, trial bookings to class changeovers.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
You'll handle real conversations with parents, coordinate with tutors, and loop in the right people at the right time. You'll get comfortable managing expectations and navigating difficult interactions.
Throughout it all, a dedicated senior team member will mentor you, give you regular feedback, and help you connect what you're doing day-to-day to the bigger picture of how a customer-first business operates.
