Responsibilities
- Support in gathering requirements, participating in design discussions, and assisting with testing phases like SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Help prepare and organize project documentation and training materials for users.
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic issues, escalating more complex ones as needed.
- Participate in developing simple business cases and planning engagement activities for development projects.
- Work with business users or the Product Owner to understand their needs and translate them into basic requirements.
- Assist in testing and coordinating feedback from users during the acceptance testing phase.
- Be an active part of the project team, helping to deliver IT solutions on time and in line with internal standards, including security and development lifecycle guidelines.
Profile
- Current student or fresh graduate in Business/IT/ Computer Science
- Understanding and interest in evolving solutions and technology trends.
- Self-motivated, taking ownership and personal accountability to achieve assigned objectives.
- Team player, able to collaborate, work effectively and constructively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent written communication skills.
