• Minimum 3 yrs live events experiences in Audio mixer and its controls
• Set up and operate AV equipment as per requirements (school functions and daily use); provide AV related expertise on equipment set-up
• Performing audio mixing in live events in MPH and other studios
• Performing audio editing and postproduction works
• Responsible for Lighting equipments; conduct stocktaking and inventory checking periodically
• Ensure all necessary equipment are available in MPH, Seminar Hall & other studios and maintained in good condition
• Liaise and supervise external vendor to troubleshoot Lighting–related problems
• Collaborate closely with event organizers, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver events on time and within scope
• Manage event schedules, cue sheets, and production timelines during live events
• Assist with post-event tasks, including recording handover, data backups, and technical documentation
