Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical roles
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Process payroll documentation, benefits administration, and maintain accurate HR records
AI-Enhanced HR Analytics & Process Optimization
Stay updated on AI applications in human resources and drive digital transformation initiative
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
AI Tool Proficiency: Proficient power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, recruitment AI platforms, etc.)
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Singapore Citizen only
