Job Description

* Internship Opportunity: Customer Service Officer (Maternity Cover)

Contract Period: 15 June – 15 December

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer (Internship, Maternity Cover) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless and efficient processing of customer orders from entry to delivery, while supporting our commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders from entry through fulfillment.
  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries on product availability, order status, and service issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely solutions to customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain clear documentation of orders, transactions, and communications.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with customers, dealers, and partners.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

 Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum A-Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
