Job Description

Role Objective

The Sales Executive focuses on closing business for Tomorrow Grp’s consultancy services. This role works closely with marketing and consultants to convert leads into signed projects and recurring clients. Performance is measured by revenue contribution and deal conversion quality.

 

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and partnerships

•⁠ ⁠Conduct initial client conversations to understand business needs and service suitability

•⁠ ⁠Present consultancy service offerings clearly and confidently to prospects

•⁠ ⁠Prepare quotations, proposals, and service summaries for client review

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate pricing within approved frameworks and close deals independently

•⁠ ⁠Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle

•⁠ ⁠Update CRM systems with accurate lead status, follow ups, and deal progress

•⁠ ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

•⁠ ⁠Support cross selling of additional consultancy services when appropriate

 

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree preferred, business or marketing background is a plus

•⁠ ⁠At least 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in services or consultancy

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision makers

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and confident presentation style

•⁠ ⁠Self driven, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
