E-commerce Intern (Conversion Opportunity Available)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our online sales operations across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

This role offers hands-on experience in real business operations and growth projects. Outstanding performers may be offered a full-time position upon completion.

Minimum internship commitment: 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop)

• Assist in planning and executing promotions, campaigns, and bundles

• Help optimise product listings, content, and platform tools to improve conversion

• Assist in sales data tracking, reporting, and basic performance analysis

• Support SKU management and product uploads

• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams on orders and inventory

• Participate in e-commerce growth and marketing initiatives

• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months

• Strong interest in e-commerce or digital marketing (prior experience in FMCG / alcohol / apparel industry is a plus)

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Working proficiency in English and Chinese 

• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok, or social media platforms is an advantage
