Own the Recruitment Lifecycle
- Source and identify top talent via job boards and databases
- Screen, interview and assess candidates
- Match candidates to client requirements in high-volume hiring environments
Build Client & Candidate Relationships
- Work alongside senior consultants to understand client hiring needs
- Develop strong candidate pipelines
- Deliver a seamless recruitment experience
Drive Business Impact
- Draft and manage job advertisements
- Maintain ATS and candidate records
- Support fulfilment strategies for mass hiring projects
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and team performance
