Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Handle paperwork and document filing (sales, rental, insurance documents)
Assist with preparation of invoices, quotations, and reports
Update customer and vehicle records in internal systems
Support daily administrative and office operations
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Able to handle documents carefully and accurately
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
