Based in Singapore Corporate Office, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Corporate Sales Support Intern (Data Management).

Job Description

The intern's primary role is to provide support to the Corporate Sales Management Team in managing day-to-day policing of corporate data entry standards and Company and Travel Agent data clean-up. The key objective of the IT project is to ensure data integrity and standardisation prior to migrating Companies and Travel Agent profiles into the appointed refreshed systems deployed by Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG).

Training and constant support and guidance will be provided throughout the internship period.

  • Gain an understanding of the PPHG Sales ecosystem.
  • Apply the corporate data entry standards for Company and Travel Agent profiles management.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of data integrity, its benefits and implications.
  • Experience the Sales system deployment and migration process.
  • Manage Company and Travel Agent profiles for migration into Delphi Sales & Catering system.
  • Manage Channel Manager Travel Agent profiles and Global Distribution System Company profiles for connectivity to Sabre Central Reservation System (CRS).
  • Recognise the flow and importance of Company and Travel Agent profiles to the various system users (this will include a cross-exposure opportunity in the Global Sales Office).
