• Booking appointments in system.
• Maintain customer information in CRM system, e.g. hubspot
• Brief campaign mechanics with sales and operation team.
• Track daily trial sales and provide performance report by weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Enhance chatbot automation process.
• Assist in other tasks assigned by manager.
• Patient and good interpersonal communication skills.
