We're looking for a smart, meticulous, and driven individual to join us as a Business Development Intern to support our research, marketing, and partnership initiatives in the fast‑growing fields of Business Consulting, HR technology and AI. The internship period will be between 1 to 3 months, with room for flexibility depending on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on emerging HR and workplace trends to identify new opportunities
- Support marketing efforts such as content creation, outreach, and campaign analysis
- Assist in exploring potential strategic partnerships and AI‑related ventures
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for clients or internal use
- Collaborate with the team to refine business strategies and go‑to‑market plans
Qualifications:
- Ideally pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
