The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer enquiries, providing product recommendations, preparing quotations, and closing sales. This role involves both showroom and field sales, including site visits and coordination with operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Handle inbound sales enquiries from calls, messages, walk-ins, and online platforms
Promote and sell doors, windows, digital locks, and related renovation solutions
Conduct site measurements or attend site visits when required
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Customer Engagement
Advise customers on suitable products, designs, materials, and configurations
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and designers
Provide accurate product information, timelines, and pricing
Address customer concerns professionally and coordinate solutions with internal teams
Coordination & Operations Support
Liaise with office admin, installers, and suppliers to ensure smooth order processing
Ensure proper handover of confirmed orders to operations
Track order status and follow up on installations and rectification works
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete
Update CRM or internal sales records promptly
Submit sales reports and forecasts when required
Compliance & Professional Conduct
Adhere to company pricing, procedures, and ethical sales practices
Ensure sales activities comply with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of sales experience (renovation, construction, interior, or related industry preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
Willingness to attend site visits and work flexible hours when required
Possess own transport is an advantage
Working Hours
5.5 to 6 days work week (subject to company arrangement)
