Principal Accountabilities
Quality Maintenance and Inspections
- Perform quality inspection (Incoming, in-process or outgoing)
- Perform First order of design inspection
- Liaise and communicate with other department staffs on quality issues encountered during inspection
- Conduct product/material testing
- Conduct process/product audit
- Maintain the quality records
- Responsible for product release of finished goods
- Prepare daily report
- Prepare inspection report
- Support any other day-to-day quality matters as and when required
- Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking
- Promoting quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes
- Any additional task assigned by QA personnel of higher position.
Environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure wastes are carefully and properly disposed-off.
Project Management
- Provide support for project work, if any.
