Cap 1 Financial is a licensed fund management company regulated in Singapore under a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence. Its client base spans North Asia and Southeast Asia, and its key offerings include asset management through both proprietary in-house funds and managed mandates and comprehensive wealth management services, including structuring, fund solutions, and family office advisory.
We are seeking an Operations Intern to support our team with day-to-day operational activities. Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a liaison between the firm and external service providers, such as fund administrators and other vendors.
2. Supporting operational and administrative matters relating to portfolio companies.
3. Preparing presentation materials, reports, and updates for investors.
4. Assisting with investor onboarding processes and due diligence documentation.
5. Working closely with the team to provide general operational and administrative support as required.
Requirements
1. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
2. Strong logical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
4. Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5. A cheerful and outgoing personality is an advantage.
6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7.Minimum commitment of four (4) months.
