As a Marketing / E-commerce Intern, you will support the marketing and digital operations of Inter Rice Asia, gaining hands-on exposure to brand marketing, content creation, and online sales within the premium food & beverage industry. This role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing, e-commerce, and fine beverages.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assist in creating marketing content for digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media).
- Support brand storytelling through basic copywriting and visual coordination.
- Help prepare marketing materials such as product sheets, tasting notes, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and execution of tastings, events, and brand activations.
E-commerce & Digital Operations
- Support day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and content accuracy.
- Upload and maintain product images, descriptions, and tasting notes.
- Monitor online promotions, campaigns, and basic performance metrics.
- Help manage order flow, customer enquiries, and coordination with operations when required.
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain organised digital files and marketing assets.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and CRM updates.
- Support the sales and marketing team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, digital platforms, and the food & beverage industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools (e.g. Canva, Excel, social media platforms).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
