Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, including making introductory cold calls and follow-up calls under guidance.

  2. Assist with customer communication in both Japanese and English via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

  3. Help the sales team prepare simple sales materials, quotations, and basic reports.

  4. Learn to manage and update customer information, contact lists, and call records in the in-house system.

  5. Follow up on customer enquiries and pass relevant information to the sales team promptly.

  6. Assist in coordinating with internal teams to support sales and customer-related activities.

  7. Handle general customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel when needed.

  8. Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.

  9. Work closely with the sales team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  2. Willingness to communicate with customers and learn cold-calling techniques.

  3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  4. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).

  5. Diploma or Undergraduate student in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.

  6. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• 20 Penhas Road (Lavender Office)
