The Role
As a Video Editor + Videographer at Satay Media, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of creators to produce and edit captivating video content that informs, entertains, and fosters meaningful connections with our audience.
Here’s a snapshot of your daily responsibilities:
• Editing engaging videos across genres like news articles, street interviews, lifestyle, and entertainment for social media platforms
• Collaborating with the team to craft creative edits for trending or viral video campaigns
• Managing all aspects of video shoots, including cameras, lighting, and audio, from pre-production to final production
• Bringing fresh ideas to elevate content and engage audiences

Who Should Consider?
We’re looking for a passionate, social media-savvy video editor and videographer who loves crafting and shooting captivating stories that connect with younger audiences.
Requirements:
• Proficient in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Canva, or similar software
• Skilled in operating video cameras, smartphones, or DSLRs, with knowledge of lighting setups for high-quality footage
• Strong creative editing skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese to connect with diverse audiences
• In tune with social media trends and what drives engagement among Singaporeans
• Excellent time management and self-discipline
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with ease
• Experience in social media production is a bonus, but creativity is essential
