Senior Consultant / Manager / Director – Executive Search
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Consultant / Manager / Director, will be:
- Drive new business development and build a strong client portfolio within your specialist market
- Deliver on existing client mandates and support urgent hiring needs with efficiency and professionalism
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies by applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving
- Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, high-quality engagement
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: market mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns and proactively recruit mid to senior-level professionals
- Stay on top of industry trends and provide market insights to clients and candidates
- (For Managers/Directors) Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering performance and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, marketing, and operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Strong commercial acumen, consultative selling abilities, and business development skills
- Confidence engaging with senior-level professionals (Managers to C-level)
- High level of accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- (Manager/Director) Prior experience managing and developing recruitment teams is a plus
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a bonus
- Open to candidates new to the recruitment industry who bring transferable skills and a passion for people and business
