About the Role

If TikTok, Reels, and Shorts are basically second nature to you — this one’s for you.

We’re a digital marketing agency looking for a Short-Form Video Editor / Videographer Intern who knows how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content. You’ll be editing real content for real brands, not mock projects or “practice briefs”.

This role is fully remote, flexible, and focused on results — not clocking hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Chop long videos into punchy, high-retention clips

• Add captions, text overlays, sound effects, transitions, and basic motion

• Follow (and spot) short-form trends, formats, and hooks

• Work closely with the team to match content to campaign goals

• Make edits and revisions based on feedback

• Keep files organised and deadlines tight

What We’re Looking For

• You know how to edit (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

• You understand pacing, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling

• You’re active on TikTok / IG / YouTube and actually get the culture

• You can work independently and deliver on time

• You’ve got your own laptop, editing software, and stable internet

Bonus Points If You:

• Can shoot content (phone is totally fine)

• Have basic motion graphics or animation skills

• Understand social media or digital marketing

• Have edited for brands, creators, or pages before
