Job Responsibilities

• Telemarketing and Lead Generation: Assist with telemarketing efforts to generate business leads for Sales Managers to follow up on.
• Compliance: Ensure all business practices adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Administrative Duties: Perform data-related administrative tasks and reporting.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth in-house arrangements.
• Airline Relations: Maintain relationships with airlines and follow up on the status of AOG contracts.
• Event and Trade Sales: Handle AOG calls, event sales and operations, and manage trade/FIT/group lounge bookings.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors and management as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
