Job Description

Internship Objective 

To provide operations & administrative support to program managers on job portal administration, coordinate event/workshop logistics and assist students on behalf of program manager on the technical issues in the various platforms.

 

Job Scope of the Internship Role

  • Assist Program Managers in workshops/events logistics and administration to enable planned outcomes
  • Assist in ad hoc job/internship/event posting on Career Centre
  • Consolidate and craft events email to students on weekly basis, if not twice a week, including email calendar invites to students for all CS workshops
  • Track student attendance in workshops + follow up with absent students on documentation for absence, and update Program Managers on status 
  • To assist Alumni relations manager in mentorship platform management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Position Requirements

  • Comfortable and competent in events management, operations & administrative work and liaising with international students
  • Good with IT, Google suite and MS suite such as Excel
  • Attention to details and proactive
  • Skills in marketing & e-poster creation (bonus)
  • Current Diploma / A ‘Level’ student are welcome to apply

The job incumbent needs to work on-site in office.
