Job Description

About the role:

Are you ready to step into the world of Human Resources and make a real impact? As our HR Intern, you'll be closely involved in daily HR operations and strategic initiatives that shape our company culture. From organizing onboarding journeys and employee events to supporting internal communications and compliance processes, you'll gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into a dynamic HR environment. This internship is an ideal opportunity to explore the breadth of HR functions at both local and international levels.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support the APAC HR Team with both daily operations and key strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and enhance the onboarding experience for new employees
  • Assist in planning and executing trainings, wellness programs, and corporate events
  • Manage and update the APAC HR intranet (People Hub) with engaging, clear content
  • Help draft and implement internal HR policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Develop and deliver internal HR communications tailored to the local team
  • Leverage existing HR tools to boost awareness and understanding among managers

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Confident user of Canva and MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior HR internship or experience is a plus
  • Able to commit for 5-6 months, with a minimum of 4 days/week
