Job Description

Customer Onboarding & Support

  • Assist in onboarding new customers, including preparing documentation, training materials, and basic platform walkthroughs.

  • Support customers with account setup, dashboard usage, and first-time configuration.

  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.

Customer Success Operations

  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and usage of the Invigilo platform.

  • Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

  • Assist in capturing customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product team.

Issue Tracking & Coordination

  • Work with the Field Ops and Engineering team to follow up on customer issues (ticket creation, updates, and closure).

  • Support troubleshooting by gathering logs, screenshots, and basic diagnostic information.

  • Ensure timely communication with customers on issue status.

Project Support

  • Assist in preparing customer presentations, deployment documents, and operational SOPs.

  • Support the administration of internal trackers (e.g., deployment trackers, customer success dashboards, follow-up schedules).

  • Participate in customer meetings and prepare follow-up notes.
