Nibble Network is a Singapore-based snack brand and distributor focused on making better-for-you snacking genuinely enjoyable. Our flagship Soy Crunches deliver satisfying crunch with meaningful protein, crafted to be inclusive for modern diets—vegan, halal-certified, and allium-free. We partner with gyms, studios, and workplaces to bring convenient protein into everyday routines.
What You’ll Do (Paid Sales Scope)
Your paid component is focused on in-person selling, mainly:
1) Pop-up Sales
Set up and run pop-ups alongside the team
Engage passers-by, tell our product story, and close sales
Offer samples, handle pricing/bundles, and drive repeat interest
Track daily sales and learn what scripts and angles convert best
2) Door-to-Door / On-Site Outreach
Short, targeted outreach to local communities
Introduce the product and create sales opportunities for pop-ups or small on-site purchases
Collect quick feedback and interest
This is a hands-on, people-facing role with measurable outcomes.
Optional Unpaid Mentorship (limited by hours)
We’re happy to provide structured mentorship beyond sales, tailored to your interests:
Marketing fundamentals and brand positioning
Partnership and community growth from a startup perspective
Pricing psychology and unit economics
Content and campaign thinking
How a lean startup tests and scales channels
Contract drafting and negotiations
This is entirely optional and 100% for your own learning.

Compensation
This internship consists of a base pay of $10 an hour, and performance-based incentives.
