The role drives commercial growth across Amazin Graze and Health Lab in Southeast Asia. It leads sales expansion, key account management, and new market development. The position supports the two‑year business plan through disciplined execution, strong forecasting, and channel growth.
Key responsibilities & duties
- Drive expansion across Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
- Lead business development and open new retailers, distributors and markets.
- Manage key accounts with clear revenue, margin and trade spend accountability.
- Plan and execute range reviews, promotional plans and channel strategies.
- Launch new products and secure strong retail presence.
- Forecast accurately and maintain strong in‑market supply.
- Review category and channel performance and act early on trends or risks.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline for both brands.
- Lead merchandiser teams or field partners to ensure strong store execution.
- Conduct market visits for operational checks, relationships and competitive insight.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, space, campaigns and off‑location activity.
- Control trade spend and evaluate promotional ROI.
- Deliver profitable P&Ls across markets and channels.
- Develop and execute a commercial calendar across both brands.
- Run structured reporting on performance, forecasts and risks.
- Protect and grow POG positions and availability.
- Represent and promote brand values across all markets.
Required experience & competencies
- 8+ years FMCG sales leadership in modern trade within SEA.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and key account skills.
- Experience in business development across multiple markets.
- Strong forecasting, analytical and planning capability.
- Ability to manage merchandisers or field partners.
- Operates well in fast-paced, growth environments.
- Clear communication, strong relationship building, and decisive judgement.
