Started by Managing Director/ KEO, Mr Jesmond Lee, in Jan 2021, Everton Estate has since handled numerous property transactions and has existing property listings ranging from S$5 Million to S$500 Million.
The main focus of Everton Estate is in High-End properties (at least $5 Million) in both Residential and Commercial markets. Of the deals done by Everton Estate, majority of the deals are in high end Residential properties and Commercial Shop Houses.

About Us:
Everton Estate Pte Ltd is a real estate agency based in Singapore, specializing in commercial and residential property sales and leasing. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to assist in our digital marketing and branding efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Help with the design and execution of marketing materials (brochures, listings, flyers).
- Assist in website content updates and optimization.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and content shoots for listings.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Interest in real estate marketing is a bonus.
