AiChat is seeking a motivated Digital Project Executive Intern to support the delivery of GenAI chatbot and voicebot projects for enterprise clients. This role involves project coordination, chatbot operations, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing project timelines, documentation, and client training and deliverables.
Support configuration, content setup, and testing of chatbots and voicebots on the AiChat platform.
Monitor chatbot performance, product R&D and help identify improvements.
Support marketing activities such as content creation, research, and campaign execution.
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
Strong interest in AI, digital CX, and project management.
Good communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Basic familiarity with digital tools; no coding required.
