Role: Operations Intern
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the SuperClean SG team as an Operations Intern. In this role, you will support daily operational tasks, assist with sales, planning, logistics, and help streamline processes to ensure efficient service delivery.This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across different departments.
- Help build and document operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Works with Director to execute operational plans across recruitment, training, scheduling and delivery for customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights on pricing trends and customer behavior.
- Assist in preparing reports and data analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Work with the Director to track feedback and implement solutions from customers and internal operations.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Director, including project coordination and task management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. Unrelated fields will be considered based on candidate merit.
- Strong attention to detail and interest in process optimization, research, and sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive, solutions-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
