Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Ideate, script, and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to create relevant content.
Video Production: Assist in shooting, editing, and post-production using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
Social Media Management: Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and help manage TikTok/IG pages.
Campaign Support: Support influencer collaborations, live campaigns, and promotional events.
Performance Tracking: Analyze content results and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.
Creative Brainstorming: Work with the team to develop new content ideas and brand storytelling strategies.
Requirements
Passion for TikTok, social media, and content creation.
Basic skills in video shooting and editing (CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, sounds, and engagement tactics.
