Performance Engineer Intern – Smart O&M for PV Systems
PV Doctor is a Singapore-registered startup specializing in Smart O&M services for PV systems. In less than a year, we’ve built a portfolio of 1,000+ systems, totaling 500+ MWp, and we’re rapidly expanding—targeting 1 GWp by year-end.
We're looking for a Performance Engineer Intern to join our team, primarily supporting our Smart O&M services as we onboard more systems in Thailand. This role also offers exposure to our other key services with a focus on data analytics and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving PV system performance.
• Work with real-time data from our growing portfolio, identifying underperformance and recommending solutions.
• Support predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance Smart O&M processes.
• Contribute to performance reports and customer insights.
• Potentially assist in other areas, such as audits, repowering, and rectifications.
What We Look For
• Singapore Polytechnic students with background in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical or related fields). Students will availability for full time for at least 3 months period will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data.
• Passion for solar energy and optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, or Python and other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
