Brass Lion Distillery is Singapore’s first full-fledged micro-distillery, home to the award-winning Brass Lion Gin. Beyond crafting premium spirits, we create unique experiences through distillery tours, gin schools, tastings, and events. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Event Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of craft spirits.

Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Corporate Sales & Events Intern to join our team! If you’re passionate about events, enjoy engaging with people, and want hands-on experience in sales, client management, and brand activations, this role is perfect for you.

You’ll work closely with our Sales & Events team to support corporate enquiries, private experiences, special gin purchases, and brand partnerships. You’ll also gain exposure to both the operational and client-facing sides of running events at one of Singapore’s leading craft distilleries.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Support – Assist in handling corporate enquiries (private events, private experiences, bulk orders, and partnerships), and maintain accurate client records.

Event Support – Provide on-site and off-site assistance for events, including distillery experiences, brand activations, trade shows, and external pop-ups.

Pre-Event Logistics – Prepare event kits and collaterals (menus, tent cards, gift packs) in collaboration with the marketing team.

Onsite Guest Experience – Welcome guests, support setup/teardown, and ensure smooth event flow.

Brand Ambassador Role – Engage with guests, share our brand story, and answer basic product-related questions confidently.

Vendor & Partner Coordination – Liaise with caterers, suppliers, and external partners for event requirements.

Lead Generation & Outreach – Research potential corporate clients, retail partners, and gifting opportunities.

Administrative Support – Assist with CRM management, data entry, event logistics tracking, and sales reporting.

Content Support – Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos during events to showcase our brand story.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Hospitality, Events, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable engaging with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently.

• Flexible with working hours — able to work evenings or weekends during events (time off in lieu provided).

What We Offer

• Hands-on experience in sales, events, and brand partnerships.

• Exposure to the operations of a leading local craft distillery.

• Mentorship and learning opportunities from the Sales & Events team.

• Opportunities to network with clients, partners, and industry professionals.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm

• Occasional weekends for events (with hours off in lieu provided)
