Job Description

Shipment Execution

• Manage batch creation, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and Goods Receipt (MIGO) in SAP.

• Isotank Loading: Coordinate with plant personnel, tank operators, transporters, and warehouse teams for the transfer of empty and laden isotanks.

• Export Shipments: Collaborate with customer service, freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless export operations.

• Drumming Operations: Facilitate the transfer from isotanks to drums by working closely with the supply chain, warehouse, and transporters, and process tolling activities in SAP.

• Ensure all documentation and order management processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

Logistics Invoices

• Create Framework Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

• Verify logistics invoices for accuracy.

• Post invoices into SAP and forward them to the Shared Services Centre (SSC) for payment processing. Inventory Management

• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the equipment movement tracking table.

• Coordinate sample packing and delivery.

• Handle GHS label printing tasks.
