We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Intern to help run our in-house social content calendar across platforms. You’ll support scheduling, ideation, publishing, content tracking and play a hands-on role in basic design and video editing for posts. If you love organizing chaotic ideas into clean social calendars, writing captions, editing TikToks, or spotting trends — this role is for you.

- Detail-driven: From scheduling to copy checks, you notice the little things that keep everything flowing.
- Collaborative and confident: You’re comfortable reaching out for info, managing drafts and working cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
- Calm and solution-oriented: If a post needs to move or a file’s missing, you fix it.
- Fluent in content culture: You understand the nuance of different platforms and what catches attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and maintaining our in-house content calendar
- Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Draft captions and coordinate post approvals
- Create basic visual assets (using Canva or templates) for posts and stories
- Edit short-form videos (using CapCut, InShot, or similar) for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Track deadlines, performance, and trends
- Support creative brainstorms and campaign planning
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Developing new internal IPs or content series
- Assisting with client-facing content planning or post scheduling
- Supporting basic editing or asset preparation for social posts
- Researching trends or creator references to inform new ideas
- Organizing and maintaining content libraries or templates
Requirements:
- Some experience managing or assisting with social media content (brand, club, personal, or freelance)
- Solid understanding of short-form platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shorts
- Proficient in basic visual tools like Canva, and video editors like CapCut
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator, comfortable working remotely and independently
- Bonus: familiarity with TikTok Business, Meta Business Suite, or basic reporting tools
