JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination
Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
