Job Description

Your Role on Our Journey 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our team in a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers valuable exposure to key HR functions and provides hands-on experience in both day-to-day processes and strategic initiatives.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures 

  • Update and maintain employee records in the HR system 
  • Assist in updating and managing facial recognition data for attendance and access systems 
  • Support coordination and logistics for internal training sessions and town hall meetings 
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving HR-related documents 
  • Assist in drafting employment contracts and other HR-related documents 
  • Help clean up and maintain employee personal files (P-Files) 
  • Support the drafting and reviewing of HR policies and procedures 
  • Screen and shortlist resumes during the recruitment process 
  • Assist in processing and preparing documents for GRT claims 
  • Help update and clean up the organizational chart to reflect current structure 
  • Participate in and support CSR initiatives organized by the company 
  • Provide other general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations

What Makes You a Perfect Fit 

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  •  Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism 
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks and environments 
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to group initiatives
