Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution in digital and offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative content.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, optimising for better results.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
  • Run paid advertisements on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Optimize SEO and website content to enhance online presence.

3. Branding & Content Creation

  • Develop marketing materials, including product brochures, social media visuals, and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create engaging content.

4. Event & Promotion Management

  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, pop-ups, and food sampling activities.
  • Work closely with retailers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage influencer and PR collaborations to expand market reach.

5. Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends in the food industry.
  • Gather customer insights to improve product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for product launches and promotional activities.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, food, or retail industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a bonus.
