Job Description

We are looking for an all-rounded Marketing & Social Media Associate (Intern) to join our team. If you are tech-savvy, passionate about using social media to promote education content, we would like to meet you. 

Our ideal candidate has exceptional visual and written communication skills and is a keen ideator in developing engaging marketing and activation ideas. You should love creating content for websites, EDMs, social media platforms (preferably with an existing public account to share your abilities on social media) and have a flair for writing in diverse styles.

This role will report to the Marketing Manager

Social Media Management

  • Ideate, produce and manage relevant, original, and high-quality content daily across all social media platforms to drive community growth, incremental sales and achieve business goals
  • Contribute, schedule and post weekly and monthly social media calendars across multiple accounts and ensure that the content is on schedule
  • Developing relevant content topics to reach the relevant target audiences
  • Increase brand awareness through content marketing, such as writing copy for diverse marketing distributions on the website and social media
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks, such as using personal and existing networks to identify, engage and collaborate with KOLs and other brands
  • Organize online activations, leverage on social media community tools, and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

Customer Success 

  • Ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow up with customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager

  • Able to commit full-time for at least 3-6 months

  • Able to work independently while fulfilling all responsibilities
  • Able to work in groups effectively when required
