JD:
1. Provide IT Support
- Monitor, update, and support LMS and learning technologies for Academic Office (when necessary)
- Zoom support for online classes (creation and dissemination of Zoom links)
- External and Internal IT support
2. Assist with incident resolution
- Respond to user issues remotely
- Provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support tickets
- Updates on issue status in Airtable
- Agile documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Information Systems or currently pursuing a relevant diploma
- Able to work from 9am to 6pm, may require to be on standby during weeknights and weekdays (compensation provided)
- Willing to learn
- Able to communicate well and articulate effectively
- Work well within a team
- Analytic and able to provide solutions
- Independent and able to make decisions
- Experienced with MS 365 (Words, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams etc), Windows and Mac
- Some working experience in systems support will be an advantage
