Manage tiny house listings (Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia) on social media platforms and booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
Manage guests and land hosts.
Achieve pre-determined occupancy targets which maintaining appropriate branding and sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.
Ensure the achievement of occupancy objective on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and hospitality related industry and to raise brand awareness for the company through events and publicity.
Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report.
