- Flexibly support our customers technical needs to resolution
- Troubleshoot technical issues via live chat / email support
- Deliver an extraordinary level of customer service under pressure, whilst maintaining focus on solving the issue(s) at hand
- Accurately detail fixing steps and resolutions using our ticketing system
Job Requirements:
- Interest in, or prior experience with Helpdesk/Desktop Support/Technical Support within an enterprise environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
