Job Description

• Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define programs that use social media marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic across all brands

• In-charge of implementing and managing social media programs of all brands

• Conduct research and recommend marketing strategies to increase sales revenues for all brandings.

• Design and develop media/ marketing posters and banners for all brandings

• Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities

• Research and develop new media platform to increase the company present

• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media platform

• Measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts

• Liaise with store manager and merchandiser department to develop marketing strategies using social media and the execution of marketing ideas

• Be an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate

• Handling the day-to-day of social media campaigns (Tweeting, updating Facebook page, lnstagram and etc.) monitoring all platforms, responding to customer inquiries in real time, listen to what people are saying about the brand, keeping an eye on social media activity usingadvanced social media monitoring software, etc.)

• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyse,review, and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns in an effort to maximize results

• Build and distribute monthly reports on social media performance for all brandings

• Assist in educating employees on how to incorporate relevant social media techniques into bothcorporate culture and marketing efforts

• Ensuring tracking, collecting and analysing relevant social media metrics and ensure timely, effective and efficient reporting of all social media efforts

• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
