Job Description

POSITION PROFILE :

WeInvest is looking for an intern to assist in designing and developing strategic talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Applicant will be responsible for the planning and implementation of best practice in these areas to support our rapid growth.


 MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Implement and support the organisation branding initiatives

- Develop branding and communication strategies

- Create and update job descriptions for posting on job search platforms

- Plan and execute university career fair events, recruitment events and career talk

- Set up and manage the organisation branding/talent acquisition initiatives on social media platforms

- Coordinate and plan interview arrangements

- Other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives


 QUALIFICATIONS :

- Undergraduate/Post-graduate degree in Human Resource Management / Business

- Current MBA or Masters student at a reputable university

- Minimum commitment of 3 months


 KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

- Relevant experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Excellent written and verbal communication ability

- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver quality results

- Conversant in use of Social Media to promote Employer Branding
