Morning was founded by two passionate individuals who were united by a common mission to bring finesse, convenience and quality, directly into the homes of coffee-lovers. We manufacture and sell premium coffee machines like the Morning Machine with advanced features brewing features, durability, and design aesthetics. To work with the machine, we developed a user-friendly mobile application that enables customers to remotely control their coffee machines, adjust settings, and personalise brewing options. To bring these all together, we launched an e-commerce marketplace offering a wide selection of coffee capsules from specialty coffee roasters from around the world.

Job Description

Strategic Marketing

  • Own and develop the brand, pricing, go-to-market strategies for existing and new markets, and contribute to evolving strategic think pieces.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities and take the initiative to develop new marketing strategies and approaches to address
  • Ability to evaluate the performance of the company from an overall business perspective.

Product Marketing

  • Generate and leverage market research and competitive analysis to develop market-specific GTM strategies.
  • Work with product team to articulate the value proposition and product positioning that speaks to target audience segments.
  • Define the overall content and communication strategy in line with best in class marketing principles and work closely with the content marketing manager to execute.
  • Work with external agencies to develop creatives/campaigns and roll them out across identified channels.
  • Develop market-specific partner playbooks and tools to drive sales via our B2B channels

Customer Relationship Marketing

  • Review and optimise existing customer databases and architecture. Derive trends and insights to identify potential customer segments and opportunities.
  • Review and develop customer communication journey and nurture paths with an objective to increase acquisition and loyalty.
