Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Responsible for managing all operations within Malaysia
Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan
Tasked to deliver monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue
Produce business performance reports, which could be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Act as key contact and negotiation point of contact
Manage and develop company branding and awareness in the marketplace
Manage initial contact(eg. Landing page and etc) both offline and online
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or account executive role for any of the following; event agency, exhibition company, creative agency/ marketing agency, real estate management company like Savills, Knight Frank, Far East or Capitaland
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
Natural leader and motivator of business development team
Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development in Malaysia Region
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
