· Identify potentialopportunities at the local level and create campaigns to capitalize on thoseopportunities
· Assist in identifyingand engaging potential sponsorships for the event
· Plan and assist allaspects the event planning process such as logistics of anevent/Seminars, including venue, guests, programs, catering, and marketing.
· Assist venueidentification, menu development, printing and design of materials and budgeting
· Assist for selectionof vendors, collaboration with vendors and track event expenses andreview accuracy of invoices.
· Assist theset-up, running, and break down of the event identifying and resolving problemsif any
· · Create summary reportsof each event outlining how data gathered from current events can be used todevelop successful future events
