Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be involved in talent sourcing and attracting candidates to join Exeo Global and our portfolio companies. Working closely with the HR team, you will work with a diverse group of stakeholders and gain first-hand experience in the talent acquisition process.

  • Participate in phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partner/HRBPs, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, arrange interviews, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
  • Work closely with TA Partner in talent sourcing, targeting and building pipelines of candidates' databases via hiring channels and platforms.
  • Support HR related project (s), and/or optimise current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

About You:

  • Open to students who are currently pursuing their Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
  • Able to commit minimum 3 months; 6 months commitment is preferred.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, particularly in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and resourceful in research.
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, creative and energetic.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.
  • Self-starter who has an appetite for learning.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
