We are looking for a community management intern to manage our community of clients and prospects across owned and earned channels. You will be working alongside the marketing team and contributing to the growth of the company. You will be involved in day-to-day content creation efforts that are created with community engagement in mind ultimately resulting in lead generation. You should expect to have a challenging and satisfying internship with an opportunity to open doors to a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and grow community through social media – FB/IG/Linkedin
Come up with micro-content from our company pillar content pieces, which can be distributed across our social media channels and external communities.
Promote our events and other marketing initiatives in event communities.
Pilot client campaigns, suggest and manage collaborations and support user engagement.
Coordinate with Content Marketing and Design departments to ensure brand consistency.
Come up with community-focused content and related distribution strategy
Create, prepare and implement community engagement plans on a regular basis.
Propose new and innovative ideas for execution in order to increase the community.
Plan, research and produce content to engage app users Requirements: . Excellent writing and verbal skills . Be a rock star on social media . Independent and self-driven . Content writing skills . Fluent in Photoshop . Knowledge in the Retail industry is a plus
Monitor and share reports and relevant metrics on a weekly basis, optimize strategy accordingly.

Interest in community management (provide some examples of online communities and social media channels that you have managed. It can be for personal interest, for a society/organisation or for a brand)
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, creating a new social media presence for a brand, launching an ambassador program)
Experience using tools such as WordPress, Canva and Buffer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Video editing skills are a bonus
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
